The price shown includes VAT and delivery to any UK address. International deliveries may carry a surcharge depending on the country being delivered to.

Goods up to 1.25Kg will be shipped by Royal Mail first class post. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office so in the event that an item does not arrive, a claim will be made to Royal Mail and the item will be shipped again.
Items above 1.25Kg, which including all skates and blades, will be shipped by Courier (excludes Nothern Ireland). The parcel will need to be signed for on receipt, but may be left with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. A tracking number will be sent to your registered Email address so you can follow the progress of the shipment. In most cases the goods will arrive the next working day after the item has been shipped.
Nothern Ireland:
Parcels above 1.25Kg to Northern Ireland will be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or Standard Parcels if the weight is greater than 2Kg
Please note, we will do all we can to ensure your parcel arrives on time, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the delivery service employed
Returns information...
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT AS IT WILL BE NEEDED FOR ANY EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
We will always accept returns in the event that the goods are faulty, or if the size is wrong. Just return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will send your replacements out by return. If the item you require is out of stock we will refund in full.
Faulty / wrong size goods must be returned with the original sales receipt and a note describing the problem with them so we can act on your instructions promptly.
