Riedell are a US company and all boots are marked in US sizes only. We have compiled a sizing guide to help you choose the correct size for you. Click the tape measure to learn how to measure your feet and select the correct size.

Providing the model you need is in stock at the factory, we will get them to you within a few days.
Out of stock items can be manufactured with a lead time of approximately 3 weeks.

Which size do you need?

Ice skate blades are measured in inches from the front of the toe plate to the back of the heel plate. All John Wilson blades and most MK blades are manufactured in 1/4” increments from 8” up to 12”, and the size is generally stamped on the toe plate as a number, ie 10 1/4.

To work out which size blades you need for your skate, you first have to measure the soles of your skates.

  • Measure the length of the SOLE of the boot from toe to heel in inches
  • Subtract 1/4” from this measurement
  • Select the blade length which is closest to this measurement

Please note, the blade must never be longer than the length of the sole of the boot
