Everglides Returns Policy
We are aware that you are taking a risk by buying skates online, as you cannot try them on first. To assist you, we have compiled a complete sizing guide so you can accurately measure your feet and determine the correct size. However, Since the human foot is not a standard size, this guide may not work in every case.

For this reason,
WE WILL ALWAYS EXCHANGE SKATES WHICH DO NOT FIT

Just return them to us unused and in the original packaging and we will send you the next size up or down free of charge. (Please read the note below about fitting of blades)
Please be aware that if the next size is out of stock at the factory, there will be a delay of up to 4 weeks while they are made for you.

IMPORTANT: Fitting of Blades...
If you are buying intermediate or advanced skates and blades separately, we can fit the blade to the boot for you.
However, the position of the mounting holes differs significantly from one blade model to another and different skaters require different blades. For this reason, once the blades are fitted we cannot accept returns for incorrect size.

Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will send skates and blades out separately, with full instructions for how to fit them to the boot yourself.

Please note: Mounting of the blades signifies acceptance of the skates
